The XGN-40.5 gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear is used for receiving and distributing electric power in AC three-phase single-busbar systems with the rated voltage of 40.5kV and the frequency of 50Hz. It can also carry out control, protection, measurement, monitoring and communication when the power system operates normally or malfunctions.

Service Environment
1. This gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear should be used in indoor places where there is no fire or explosion hazard, chemical corrosion or severe shaking.
2. The ambient temperature should be within the range of -25℃ to +40℃.
3. The altitude should not exceed 3,000 meters.
4. The daily average relative humidity should be lower than 95% and the monthly value should not be larger than 90%.
5. Amplitude of the electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system should not exceed 1.6 kV.
6. The earthquake intensity should not exceed 8 degree.
